Pan Fry
For best results, pan fry on medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 12-14 mins, turning occasionally – thighs can also be diced before frying. If you like, add the cooked thighs to a heated sauce, stir and serve immediately.
Oven
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place thighs on a tray and drizzle with 1 tsp of oil. Cook for 13-16 mins until golden brown all over.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Ensure product is piping hot before consuming. Not suitable for freezing.
