For best results, pan fry on medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 10-12 mins.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chicken breasts on a tray and drizzle with 1 tsp of oil. Cook for 16-18 mins until golden brown.
Storage
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use-by-date. Not suitable for freezing.
