Heat oil in a pan. Pan fry at medium heat for at least 4 minutes. Turn regularly.
Heat in a pre-heated airfryer for at least 4 minutes at 200 °C.
Heat in a pre-heated oven for at least 5 minutes at 225 °C.

48% vegetables in varying proportions (corn, 8% red kidney beans, 8% black beans, red pepper, onions, carrot, tomato), 21% hydrated vegetable proteins (water, 7% WHEAT protein, 5% SOYA protein), 8% quinoa, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), starch, potato, 2.6% spices (chillies, cumin whole seeds, coriander seed, ground white pepper), vinegar, WHEAT fibres, garlic paste, salt, iron, vitamin B12.
