Our chefs begin by marinating our SHICKEN pieces in a rich blend of vegan yogurt and our signature tikka spice mix. This mixture is carefully left to infuse for 24 hours in the chiller, allowing the SHICKEN pieces to be fully coated and deeply flavoured by the marinade. The result is a perfect harmony of our tender SHICKEN and the authentic flavours of our traditional vegan tikka, making these Tikka Pieces an irresistible choice.
From Frozen:
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
From Chilled:Â Â
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place kebabs on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All Cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Kebabs can also be cooked in an Air-Fryer or on a BBQ, please ensure centre of the kebab reaches minimum of 70 °C for 2 minutes.
