Heat oil in a pan. Fry at medium heat for at least 4 minutes stirring regularly.
Heat in a pre-heated air fryer for at least 3 minutes at 200°C.
Heat in a pre-heated oven for at least 3 minutes at 225°C.
Ingredients

77% hydrated vegetable proteins (water, 15% SOYA protein, 3% WHEAT Protein), vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), thickener (methyl cellulose), natural flavourings, vinegar, modified starch, starch (contains WHEAT), acid (lactic acid), iron, vitamin B12.
