Frying pan: Fry the momos in 1 tbsp of hot oil for approx. 2 Min until golden brown roast, add 2 dl cold water, Cover and leave to evaporate over a high heat.
Bamboo steamer: Fill the saucepan with water and bring bring to the boil. Place the bamboo steamer on top and steam the momos, covered, for approx. 5-7 Min .
