Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (190°C fan oven). Then bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15-20 Min. bake. Tip: Turn after approx. 10 minutes. Heat a little vegetable oil and fry on both sides for 2-3 Min. over a medium heat. Cook at 200 °C for 7-9 Min. in the airfryer until golden brown roast.
