Heat oil in a pan. Pan fry at medium heat for at least 4 minutes stirring regularly.

92% hydrated vegetable protein (water, 25% SOYA protein), vinegar, flavouring, natural flavourings, salt, ground beetroot, smoke flavourings, water, iron, colour (beta-carotene), vitamin B12.
