Storage & Prep
Keep refridgerated (0-5°C) cook and consume on the day the package is opened. Or if buying frozen, keep frozen.

Pan Fry
Heat pan to medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of oil and smash (press) the burgers with a spatula*. Cook Beyond Smash thoroughly, for at least 6 minutes, turning product frequently.
* If needed, use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and spatula to prevent sticking.

BBQ
Preheat the BBQ to 240-250 °C. Grill the Beyond Smash for 6 minutes at 240-250 °C and turn halfway.

Airfryer
Preheat the airfryer at 180 °C. Cook the Beyond Smash at 180 °C for 8 minutes.

Not Recommended
Boiling, microwaving or reheating once cooked. Do not consume raw.

Ingredients

Water, pea protein* (15%), rapeseed oil, flavouring, rice protein, coconut oil, dried yeast, preservative (potassium lactate), vinegar, stabilisers (methyl cellulose, calcium chloride), potato starch, salt, apple extract, colour (beetroot red), concentrated pomegranate juice, potassium salt.

*Peas are legumes. People with severe allergies to legumes like peanuts should be cautious when trying pea protein.
